Last night, Rough Trade
Nottingham hosted an evening with The Madeline Rust. We had a great
time playing through the whole of our album Truth or Consequences for the first time in ages, and
also really enjoyed playing a few new songs too; Anna, Unstoppable, and Stop
Your Heart.
We were joined by the fabulous DJ Monkey Piles (aka Brendan O’Melia), who provided the pre- and post-show music, and also the stage lighting. Thanks to Brendan, the party atmosphere continued right through to the end of the evening, and the dancing only stopped when it was time to close.
